Mr. Cormier began his career at Deloitte, where he led engagements across biotechnology, media, and clean energy industries, including oversight of publicly traded company audits and multiple transactions. He currently serves as CFO of Infinant Health, a clinical-stage company, and as CFO of Renosome Bio, supporting capital raises and long-term financial modeling at both organizations. He is also the founder of Cormier Strategic Finance, a fractional CFO practice focused on the life sciences and biotech sector. He holds a bachelor's in accounting from CSU, Sacramento, and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
